摘 要:目的了解新型冠状病毒中和抗体在孕妇体内的转化过程。方法选取2022年12月至2023年9月在该院产检的90例孕妇作为研究对象,其中39例为孕妇外周血-羊水组,51例为孕妇外周血-新生儿外周血组,采用化学发光法,对所有标本进行检测,明确两组间中和抗体含量的对应关系。结果孕妇外周血与羊水中的中和抗体水平存在正相关性,孕妇外周血与新生儿外周血中的中和抗体水平存在正相关性。结论新型冠状病毒中和抗体在孕妇体内的转化过程为新型冠状病毒感染产前检测和临床诊疗提供新的思路。Objective To understand the transformation process of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies in pregnant women.Methods A total of 90 pregnant women were selected from December 2022 to September 2023 in Shenzhen Longhua District Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the study objects,including 39 ca-ses in the peripheral blood-amniotic fluid group and 51 cases in the peripheral blood-newborn peripheral blood group.All samples were detected by chemiluminescence method to determine the corresponding relationship between neutralizing antibody content between the two groups.Results There was a positive correlation be-tween the levels of neutralizing antibodies in maternal peripheral blood and amniotic fluid,and a positive corre-lation between the levels of neutralizing antibodies in maternal peripheral blood and neonatal peripheral blood.Conclusion The transformation process of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies in pregnant women provides a new idea for prenatal detection and clinical diagnosis and treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
