不育男性年龄、禁欲时间与精液参数及DNA完整性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探究不育男性年龄、禁欲时间与精液常规参数及精子DNA碎片的相关性。方法收集该中心自2021年4月至2022年4月共441例不育男性患者精液标本,采用计算机辅助精液分析系统分析精液常规参数,Diff-Quick染色法分析精子形态,采用精子染色质扩散法分析精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)。按照患者年龄及禁欲时间进行分组。对各组精子浓度、前向运动精子百分比(PR%)、PR精子总数、正常形态精子百分率(NF%)、DFI相关性进行分析。结果年龄与精子浓度、PR精子总数无明显相关性,与PR%、NF%存在负相关关系,与DFI存在正相关关系。禁欲天数与精子浓度、PR精子总数存在正相关关系,与PR%、NF%、DFI无明显相关性。结论不育男性年龄及禁欲时间影响精液常规参数及精子DNA碎片指数,两者结合能更好地对不育男性进行生育力评估。Objective To investigate the correlation between age,abstinence time,semen routine parameters,and sperm DNA fragments in infertile men.Methods A total of 441 semen samples from infertile men were collected from Dalian Municipal Women and Children's Medical Center(Group)from April 2021 to April 2022.The semen routine parameters were analyzed by computer assisted semen analysis system.Sperm morphology was analyzed by Diff-Quick staining.Sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)was analyzed by sperm chromatin diffusion method.Patients were grouped according to their age and duration of abstinence.The correlation between sperm concentration,percentage of forward motile sperm(PR%),total number of PR sperm,percentage of normal morphology sperm(NF%),and DFI in each group were analyzed.Results There was no significant correlation between age and sperm concentration,PR sperm count,but a negative correlation with PR%and NF%,and a positive correlation with DFI.The number of days of abstinence was positively correlated with sperm concentration and total number of PR sperm,but not significantly correlated with PR%,NF%,and DFI.Conclusion The age and duration of abstinence of infertile men affect semen routine parameters and sperm DNA fragmentation index,and the combination of the two can better evaluate the fertility of infertile men.
