基于CiteSpace的医学期刊特色栏目建设的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探索医学期刊特色栏目建设的现状,分析医学期刊特色栏目未来的发展方向。方法应用文献计量学分析方法,选取中国知网数据库中2014年1月1日-2024年6月30日期间发表的以“医学期刊”、“特色栏目”为主题的文献,应用CiteSpace6.3.1软件进行可视化分析,并绘制相关图谱。结果本研究共检索文献244篇,依据纳入排除标准,最终纳入研究的文献为53篇。纳入文献关键词出现频率最高的为医学期刊、栏目设置、栏目、特色栏目和科技期刊,图谱网络密度为0.0349;聚类分析显示聚类模块值(Q值)为0.6615,聚类平均轮廓值(S值)为0.9541,前6个聚类分别为医学期刊、发文特点、品牌、贡献值、科技期刊、期刊质量;关键词突现得到期刊栏目、选题策划、内容、重点号和栏目策划5个突现关键词;作者共现图谱网络密度为0.0238,机构共现图谱网络密度为0.0109,均相对稀疏,中心性较低。结论在2014年-2024年这十年中,本研究通过文献计量学分析方法展示了医学期刊特色栏目建设的现状,目前该领域发文量较少,医学期刊、栏目设置、特色栏目是该领域研究的重点内容。Objective To explore the current status of the construction of featured columns in medical journals and analyze the future development direction of such columns.Methods Bibliometric analysis was applied to select literature published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2014,to June 30,2024,with the themes of"medical journals"and"featured columns".CiteSpace 6.3.1 software was used for visual analysis,and related maps were drawn.Results A total of 244 pieces of literature were retrieved in this study.Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,53 pieces of literature were ultimately included in the study.The most frequently occurring keywords in the included literature were medical journals,column setting,column,featured column,and scientific journals.The network density of the keyword co-occurrence map was 0.0349.Cluster analysis showed a clustering module value(Q-value)of 0.6615 and an average silhouette value(S-value)of 0.9541.The top six clusters were medical journals,publication characteristics,branding,contribution value,scientific journals,and journal quality.The keyword burst analysis identified five bursting keywords:journal column,topic selection and planning,content,key issues,and column planning.The network density of the author co-occurrence map was 0.0238,and the network density of the institution co-occurrence map was 0.0109,both of which were relatively sparse with low centrality.Conclusion Over the decade from 2014 to 2024,this study used bibliometric analysis to demonstrate the current status of the construction of featured columns in medical journals.Currently,there is relatively little literature published in this field,with medical journals,column setting,and featured columns being the key research areas.
