摘 要:以中性磺酸钙为原料,采用多步法合成超高碱值纳米磺酸钙润滑油清净剂,考察了基础油加入量和CaO用量对合成超高碱值纳米磺酸钙润滑油清净剂的影响,确定加入120g基础油和3.9g CaO时,效果最佳。评价了超高碱值纳米磺酸钙润滑油清净剂的油溶性和抗泡性能,并对其进行红外分析,结果表明合成的产品各项指标均符合行业标准。Ultra-high base value nano-calcium sulfonate lubricating oil cleaner was synthesized by multi-step method using neutral calcium sulfonate as raw material.The effects of adding amount of base oil and amount of CaO on the synthesis of ultra-high base value nano-calcium sulfonate lubricating oil cleaner were investigated.The best effect was determined when adding 120 g base oil and 3.9 g CaO.The oil solu-bility and anti-foam properties of ultra-high base value nano-lubricating oil calcium salt detergent were e-valuated and the infrared analysis was carried out.The results showed that all the indexes of the synthe-sized products were in line with the industry standard.
