地域文化在大学生思想政治教育工作中的作用

摘　　要：地域文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是历史与地理长期形成的产物,蕴藏着丰富的思想政治教育资源,对大学生的成长成才起着重要作用。唐山作为一座历史与现代交融的城市,文化底蕴深厚,内涵丰富。应对唐山地域文化进行深入梳理,挖掘唐山地域文化中蕴含的育人价值,探索唐山地域文化融入当地高校思想政治教育的有效路径。Regional culture,as an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,is the prod-uct of long-term formation of history and geography.It contains rich ideological and political education re-sources,which plays an important role in the growth of college students.Tangshan,as a city integrating history and modernity,has profound cultural heritage and rich connotation.Through the in-depth combing of Tangshan regional culture,the author excavates the educational value contained in Tangshan regional culture,analyzes the application value of Tangshan regional culture in the ideological and political educa-tion of colleges and universities,explores the effective path of integrating Tangshan regional culture into the ideological and political education of local colleges and universities,and trains students to establish cor-rect life values and subject consciousness.
