摘 要:植物和植食性昆虫在长期进化的过程中获得了多样复杂的机制来相互适应。植物进化出了一系列抗虫防御反应机制;与此同时,植食性昆虫也进化出多种策略来适应植物防御,达到生存的目的。微生物广泛存在于环境及植物和昆虫体内,越来越多的证据证明,微生物能够参与植物和植食性昆虫的互作过程,对植物和植食性昆虫的环境适应性产生重要影响。水稻是主要的粮食作物,本文概述了水稻与害虫的互作以及昆虫共生菌、土壤微生物和病原微生物等农田生态系统中常见微生物影响水稻生长发育、害虫种群繁衍和改变水稻对害虫的防御反应的研究进展,对于进一步理解植物和害虫的互作关系具有重要意义。最后,对未来利用微生物防治水稻害虫的研究方向提出了展望:(1)加强杀虫微生物菌剂的研发力度;(2)应用内共生菌防控害虫。During the long-term evolution,plants and herbivorous insects have acquired diverse and complex mechanisms to adapt to each other.Plants have evolved a series of defense mechanisms against insects;meanwhile,herbivorous insects have evolved multiple strategies to adapt to plant defense for survival.Microorganisms are widely found in plants and insects as well as in environments.Increasing evidence proves that microorganisms can participate in the interaction between plants and herbivorous insects,which impacts the environmental adaptability of plants and herbivorous insects.Rice is an important food crop.In this article,we outlined the research progress on rice-pest interactions and common microorganisms in agroecosystems such as insect symbiotic bacteria,soil microorganisms and pathogenic microorganisms that affect rice growth and development,reproduction of pest populations,and alteration of rice defense responses to pests.It has great significance for the further understanding of the interactions between plants and pests.Finally,we presented an outlook on the future research directions of the use of microorganisms to control rice pests:(1)Strengthening research and development of insecticidal microbial agents;and(2)application of endosymbiotic bacteria for pest control and prevention.
