摘  要:基于碳排放和经济分析的定量决策方法在固体废物处理处置技术选择决策方面发挥了重要作用。以长三角某中小城市为例,探索了城市多源有机固废(市政污泥、餐饮垃圾、厨余垃圾)协同处理处置方式的选择方法。运用生命周期理论建立不同有机固废处理处置工艺组合,并对其进行碳排放和经济成本分析,在此基础上运用线性目标规划法得到低碳排放和低经济成本的可行方案。结果表明:最低碳排放情境下,各类有机固废均建议进行厌氧消化处理,但对沼渣宜选择不同的处置方式;最低经济成本情境下,堆肥或焚烧是更好的选择,但若依托现有设施进行堆肥或焚烧协同处理,还需考虑可协同消纳量。Quantitative decision-making methods based on carbon emissions and economic analysis have played an important role in the selection and decision of solid waste treatment and disposal technology.A medium-sized city in Yangtze River Delta was taken as an example,the selection method of multi-source organic solid waste(municipal sludge,food residue,kitchen waste)collaborative treatment and disposal was explored.Different organic solid waste treatment and disposal process combinations were established based on life-cycle theory,and the carbon emission and economic cost were analyzed.On this basis,the feasible solution of low carbon emission and low economic cost was obtained by using linear goal programming method.The results showed that under the lowest carbon emission scenario,it was recommended that all kinds of organic solid waste should be treated with anaerobic digestion,but different disposal methods should be selected for biogas residue.Under the lowest economic cost scenario,compost or incineration was a better option,but if you rely on existing facilities for co-composting or incineration,the amount of co-consumption should be considered.
