摘 要:以华南地区某生活垃圾卫生填埋场存量垃圾开挖项目为分析对象,根据填埋场水文地质、防渗系统情况和存量垃圾的理化特性,采用分阶段、分区域、逐层方式设计模块化、自动化的注氧稳定化预处理系统,使垃圾开挖单元形成好氧生物反应器,提升从厌氧状态至好氧状态的转化速度,在短周期(35 d内)达到稳定化的目标,便于存量垃圾的后续开挖与运输。通过注氧稳定化预处理的监测与控制手段,使垃圾堆体内甲烷气体浓度低于3%,开挖单元自然排气中臭气浓度限值满足GB 14554—1993恶臭污染物排放标准的要求,单层垃圾堆体内渗滤液水头小于40 cm;同时存量垃圾的易降解物质大量降解,BDM指标对比注氧稳定化预处理前下降幅度较大。Taking the stockpiled waste excavation project of a domestic waste sanitary landfill in South China as the analysis object,according to the hydrogeology of the landfill,the anti-seepage system and the physicochemical characteristics of the stockpiled waste,a modular and automated oxygen injection stabilization pretreatment system was designed in a phased,zoned,and layer-by-layer manner.This could enable the waste excavation unit to form an aerobic bioreactor and increase the conversion speed from anaerobic state to aerobic state.The stabilization goal could be achieved within a short period(less than 35 days),which is convenient for the subsequent excavation and transportation of stockpiled waste.Through the monitoring and control means of oxygen injection stabilization pretreatment,the concentration of methane gas in the waste pile was less than 3%,the odor concentration limit in the natural exhaust of the excavation unit met the requirements of GB 14554—1993 Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants,and the leachate head in a single-layer waste pile was less than 40 cm.At the same time,a large amount of degradable substances in the stockpiled waste were degraded,and the BDM index had a large drop compared with that before oxygen injection stabilization pretreatment.
