摘 要:基于一台14.8 L六缸增压柴油机,分析了分别采用CRB1.5和CRB2.0二冲程制动气门型线的制动性能。结果表明:采用CRB2.0气门型线且不带排气回流(BGR)相位时的制动功率最大。基于DoE方法,分别对CRB1.5和CRB2.0气门型线进行优化,结果表明不同发动机转速下存在最优气门型线,使得制动功率达到最大值。在高转速下,CRB1.5气门型线优化后的制动功率更大,在1600,1800,2100 r/min工况下的制动功率分别达到378,476,581 kW,优化率分别为48.9%,61.0%和65.3%。CRB2.0气门型线优化后在3个转速下的制动功率分别达到402,469,528 kW,优化率分别为34.7%,30.6%和23.2%。Based on a 14.8 L six-cylinder supercharged diesel engine,the braking performances of CRB1.5 and CRB2.0 two-stroke brake valve profiles were analyzed,and it was found that the braking power was maximum when CRB2.0 valve profiles were used without brake gas recirculation(BGR)phase.Based on DoE method,the CRB1.5 and CRB2.0 valve profiles were optimized respectively.The results show that there is an optimal valve profile at different engine speeds to be able to maximize the braking power,and the optimized CRB1.5 valve profile has greater braking power at high speed.At 1600 r/min,1800 r/min and 2100 r/min,the braking power reaches 378 kW,476 kW and 581 kW respectively,and the optimization rates were 48.9%,61.0%and 65.3%respectively.After the optimization of CRB2.0 valve profile,the braking power reaches 402 kW,469 kW and 528 kW respectively at the three speeds,and the optimization rates were 34.7%,30.6%and 23.2%respectively.
