摘 要:该试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis)对生长育肥猪脏器指数、肝功能和肾功能的影响。选取初始体重为(34.71±3.49)kg的健康生长育肥猪(杜×长×大)144头,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加4 g/kg、8 g/kg、12 g/kg栀子,试验期96天。结果显示:各组间生长育肥猪的心脏指数、脾脏指数、肺脏指数、肾脏指数差异不显著;与对照组相比,8 g/kg和12 g/kg栀子组生长育肥猪的肝脏指数显著增加(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加不同水平栀子对生长育肥猪血浆碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐和尿素氮含量均无显著影响(P>0.05),其中,血浆尿素氮含量有升高的趋势(P=0.07)。结论:饲粮中添加栀子对生长育肥猪肝功能和肾功能的影响不显著,但是8 g/kg和12 g/kg的栀子提高了肝脏指数。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary levels of gardenia on organ index,liver function and renal function of growing-finishing pigs.A total of 144 healthy growing fattening pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Large whit),with an initial body weight of(34.71±3.49)kg,were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,with 6 replicates per group and 6 pigs(half male and half female)per replicate.The pigs in the control group were fed with a basal diet,and other three experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 4g/kg,8 g/kg and 12 g/kg gardenia,respectively,and the feeding trail was 96 day.The results showed that there were no significant differences in heart index,spleen index,lung index and kidney index among all groups.Compared with the control group,the liver index of growing-finishing pigs in 8 g/kg and 12 g/kg gardenia groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of plasma alkaline phosphatase,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,total protein,albumin,creatinine and urea nitrogen of growing and finishing pigs were not significantly affected by different dietary supplemental levels of gardenia(P>0.05),and the contents of plasma urea nitrogen tended to increase(P=0.07).Conclusion:Dietary gardenia has no significant effect on liver function and renal function of growing and fattening pigs,but 8 g/kg and 12 g/kg gardenia can improve liver index.
