摘  要:近年来,我国非洲猪瘟、欧美国家H5亚型高致病性禽流感等新发动物疫病的频发,给动物疫病监测工作提出了提高建设快速感知、识别新发突发传染病等风险因素能力的新要求。该文基于对当前动物疫病传播链的生态学分析和动物疫病监测工作的思考,提出了动物疫病监测工作的方法;通过基于风险的采样和生态型监测,提出了获得足够长时间稳定的动物疫病流行数据为基础的监测预警模式。这为有关部门开展监测预警工作提供了新思路,也为实现动物疫病的早发现、早预警、早应对和提升动物疫病监测的敏感性提供了一个新方法。In recent years,the frequent emergence of new animal diseases such as African swine fever and highly pathogenic avian influenza H5 subtypes in Europe and America has imposed new demands on animal disease surveillance,particularly the need to rapidly identify and respond to risk factors associated with emerging infectious diseases.This paper,based on an ecological analysis of the current animal disease transmission chain and reflections on animal disease surveillance practices,proposes methods for animal disease monitoring.By employing risk-based sampling and ecological monitoring,a surveillance and early warning model is proposed that relies on obtaining sufficiently long-term stable epidemiological data on animal diseases.This approach provides new insights for relevant departments to conduct surveillance and early warning activities,and offers a novel method for achieving early detection,early warning,and early response to animal diseases,thereby enhancing the sensitivity of animal disease monitoring.
