摘 要:传统电网调度智能成票系统主要依靠调度员人工手动拟写或点图成票,存在编写、审核效率较低、准确度不够等问题。文章以智能化出票和安全校核为基础,从调度指令票系统数据的收集与分析、智能化调度指令票出票管控系统建设、安全校核管控体系3个方面构建一款基于AI式的电网调度指令系统,实现程序票、调度指令票、监控倒闸操作票一键导入关联检修申请票自动生成的智能化操作票系统。系统运行期间,通过将人工智能技术引入生产管理系统,操作票编制时间明显缩减,修改率明显下降,满足了现代大电网发展的安全管理需求。The traditional intelligent ticketing system for power grid dispatching mainly depends on the manual drafting of dispatchers or the drawing of points to form ticketing.The problems of low efficiency and inaccuracy of compilation and audit are exposed.The project is based on intelligent ticket issuing and security checking,this paper presents an AI-based power grid dispatching instruction system from three aspects:the collection and analysis of dispatching instruction ticket system data,the construction of intelligent dispatching instruction ticket issuing management system,and the safety check management system.This intelligent ticket operation system can automatically generate the application ticket of program ticket,dispatching instruction ticket and monitoring switching operation ticket.During the running period of the system,by introducing artificial intelligence technology into the production management system,the operation ticket preparation time is significantly reduced,and the modification rate is significantly reduced,which meets the security management needs of modern large-scale power grid development.
