摘　　要：架空输电线路耐张瓷绝缘子零值检测需要人工登塔带电检测,绝缘子串过长难以人工带电检测,传统的人工检测风险高、效率低,作业局限性大。文章提出一种机载双串耐张绝缘子零值智能检测装置,采用八爪翻滚式行进,探针可同步检测4片绝缘子,探针前后交替可检测2遍,提高检测精度。支持自由度多向可调,适用于不同电压等级和不同型号耐张瓷绝缘子。实验证明该装置在双串耐张绝缘子行走效率好,检测精度高。For overhead transmission lines,the zero value detection of tension ceramic insulators requires manual detection on towers.Insulator strings that are too long are difficult to detect manually,and traditional manual detection has high risks,low efficiency,and significant operational limitations.This article proposes an intelligent zero value detection device for airborne double string tension insulators,which adopts an eight claw rolling motion.The probe can synchronously detect four insulators and alternate back and forth to detect twice,so that detection accuracy can be improved.Supports multi-directional adjustable degrees of freedom,suitable for different voltage levels and types of tension ceramic insulators.The experiments show that the device has good walking efficiency and high detection accuracy on double string tension insulators.
