摘  要:针对粤桂湘赣闽省际边界森林防火交叉管理地带存在的地理数据基础薄弱、时效性不足、集成度不高等问题,探讨了基于地形三维构建的广东省森林防火省际边界联防“一张图”建设。项目利用航空摄影测量、地形三维构建等先进技术,集成多源、多时相、多尺度数据,构建了包含高分辨率遥感影像和地形三维的省际边界基础地理数据库,以及森林防火专题挂图和图集。研究结果表明:该“一张图”建设有效提升了广东省省际边界地区的森林防火能力和综合治理水平。In this paper,the issues of weak geographical data foundations,insufficient timeliness,and low integration in the cross-management areas of forest fire prevention at the provincial boundaries of Guangdong,Guangxi,Hunan,Jiangxi,and Fujian were addressed.the construction of a"One Map"for the joint defense of forest fire prevention at the provincial boundaries of Guangdong based on the construction of three-dimensional terrain was explored.Advanced technologies were utilized in the project,such as aerial photogrammetry and three-dimensional terrain construction,integrating multi-source,multi-temporal,and multi-scale data to build a basic geographical database of the provincial boundary area that includes high-resolution remote sensing images and three-dimensional terrain,as well as special maps and atlases for forest fire prevention.The research results showed that the construction of this"One Map"has effectively enhanced the capacity for forest fire prevention and comprehensive management level in the provincial boundary areas of Guangdong.
