森林防火应急科普传达有效性研究与建议

摘　　要：目前,我国森林火灾中,人为原因引发森林火灾占到97%以上。近年来,国家提出建立大安全大应急框架,完善公共安全体系,推动公共安全治理模式向事前预防转型。大量事实表明,提高公众忧患意识,普及灾害中自救和互救常识,是减少突发事件发生概率及伤亡损失最直接、最经济、最有效办法之一。本文重点研究如何利用广电、报刊、网络等媒介载体,提高森林防火应急科普“时”“度”“效”,从而指导和服务于政务森林防火应急科普宣传。主要研究国内新媒体科普产品,重点研究政务新媒体类,科普新媒体大V账号等。从传播内容、传播形式、传播长期有效等维度进行综合数据分析与调查研究,给出做好应急科普传播实效的方法路径。At present,in our country forest fires,the forest fires caused by human cause account for 97%above.In recent years,the state has proposed the establishment of a major security and emergency framework,improving the public security system,and promoting the transformation of the public security governance model to prevention in advance.A large number of facts tell us that raising the public's awareness of danger and popularizing the common sense of self-rescue and mutual rescue in disasters is the most direct,economical and effective way to reduce the probability of emergencies and casualties.This paper focuses on how to use radio,television,newspapers,networks and other media carriers to improve the"time","degree"and"efficiency"of forest fire emergency science popularization,so as to guide and serve the government's forest fire emergency science popularization.Domestic new media popular science products,focusing on new media of government affairs,big V accounts of popular science new media,etc were mainly studied.Comprehensive data analysis and investigation were carried out from the dimensions of communication content,communication form and longterm effectiveness,and the methods and paths of emergency science popularization were given.
