森林消防学科构建与人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：随着森林火灾风险和损失影响的升高,新形势下森林消防学科构建和人才培养模式优化已成为当务之急。本文从政策和专业角度明确了森林消防学科具备构建基础,并论述了森林消防学科的内涵及构建可系统借鉴国外经验,完善国家应急管理体系和满足消防救援队伍的人才需求。对现阶段专业建设和课程体系分析表明,当前人才培养模式可以支撑森林消防学科的构建,未来应继续科学规划,完善专业与课程建设,提升人才培养模式,方能满足国内对森林消防人才的需求。With the increasing impact of forest fire risk and loss impacts,the construction of forest fire discipline and the optimization of talent training models have become urgent tasks under the new situation.In this paper,the connotations of forest fire science,the significance of learning from foreign experience were discussed,improving the national emergency management system and meeting the needs of fire rescue personnel.It was indicated that forest fire science has the foundation from the perspective of policy and profession.The analysis of the current professional construction and curriculum system had shown that the current talent training model could support the construction of forest fire discipline.It should be noted that the forest fire personnel could be meet the domestic demand by optimizing layout,improving the curriculum construction and talent training model.
