摘　　要：雷龙湾樟子松造林示范区是陕西省榆林市横山区最大的樟子松造林集中实施区,受极端天气、易燃植被、野外火源等因素影响,森林火灾潜在风险不断加剧。依据森林防灭火工作实际,从预警监测体系、扑火队伍管理、基础设施建设、科技防火水平、林火阻隔能力、应急通信盲区、基层防火责任、经费保障机制及依法治火防线等九个方面,分析示范区森林防灭火工作存在问题,提出健全责任落实、队伍建设、经费保障、科学防火及依法治火机制等五个方面建议,以期为示范区开展森林防灭火工作提供依据。Leilongwan Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica afforestation demonstration area is the largest centralized implementation zone of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica afforestation in Hengshan District,Yulin City of Shaanxi Province.Due to the influence of extreme weather,flammable vegetation,fire source and other factors,the potential risk of forest fire is increasing.According to the actual work of forest fire prevention and fire prevention in the demonstration areas were analyzed from nine aspects,including early warning and monitoring system,fire fighting team management,infrastructure construction,scientific and technological fire prevention level,forest fire blocking ability,emergency communication blind area,grass-roots fire prevention responsibility,funding guarantee mechanism and fire control line according to law.In order to provide a basis for the forest fire prevention and fire fighting in the demonstration zone,the author put forward five suggestions on improving the implementation of responsibility,team construction,fund guarantee,scientific fire prevention and fire control mechanism according to law.Based on the actual work of forest fire prevention,the main problems in forest fire prevention and fire fighting in demonstration zone were analyzed from nine aspects:the early warning and monitoring system,fire fighting team management,infrastructure construction,scientific and technological fire prevention level,forest fire blocking ability,emergency communication blind area,grass-roots fire prevention responsibility,fund guarantee mechanism,and control fire line according to law.Suggestions on strengthening forest fire prevention and fire prevention in demonstration zone were put forward from five aspects:responsibility implementation,team construction,funding guarantee,scientific fire prevention and fire control mechanism according to law,in order to provide basis for forest fire prevention and fire prevention in the demonstration zone.
