摘 要:将不同结构不同粒径的玻璃珠分别添加于O/W纯化学、W/O纯物理和O/W物化结合防晒配方中,采用防晒系数分析仪测定其对SPF值和PFA值的增效作用。实验结果可知,不同结构、不同粒径的玻璃珠对防晒指数的贡献不同,且在不同防晒配方的表现也不同,但都有增效作用。其中粒径为20μm(D90)的中空结构玻璃珠对防晒指数的贡献最大,添加4%于O/W纯化学防晒配方中,其SPF值和PFA值分别提升118.5%和105.9%。使用人体法测试了玻璃珠对W/O纯物理防晒配方的增效作用,结果表明,添加4%A1玻璃珠,SPF值可提升31.87%。此外,适量玻璃珠的添加对防晒产品的肤感也有很大正向改善,使其吸收更快,肤感更为清爽。Glass beads with different structures and different particle sizes were added to O/W pure chemical,W/O pure physical and O/W physical-chemical combined sunscreen formula,and their boost effect on SPF and PFA value was determined by SPF-290AS analyzer.It can be seen from the experimental results that different structures and different particle sizes have different contributions to the SPF and PFA,and the performance of different sunscreen formulas is also different,but all have synergistic effect.The hollow structure glass beads with a particle size of 20μm contributed the most to the SPF and PFA.Adding 4%to the O/W pure chemical sunscreen formula,the SPF and PFA values increased by 118.5%and 105.9%,respectively.And the synergistic effect of glass beads on W/O pure physical sunscreen formula was tested through in vivo test,and the results showed that adding 4%A1 glass beads can increase the SPF value by 31.87%.In addition,the addition of the appropriate amount of glass beads also has a great positive improvement on the skin feeling of sunscreen products,making it absorb faster and making the skin sensation more refreshing.
