含氯游泳池水对人体皮肤、头发损伤效果的研究

摘　　要：研究低浓度次氯酸对人永生化角质形成细胞(HaCaT)的细胞毒性(MTT)及对人体皮肤、头发的损伤。参考实际游泳池水中次氯酸添加量,设置其3~15倍浓度作为造模浓度,直接作用于人永生化角质形成细胞上,测定0.5~2.0h作用时间细胞活性降低情况;同时研究低浓度次氯酸浸泡离体真人发束2h后发束光泽度降低情况,以及涂抹于皮肤上对皮肤光泽度降低情况。由实验结果可知,3.0mg/L的次氯酸环境对HaCaT细胞活性有促进作用,随着次氯酸含量和作用时间增加,15mg/L的次氯酸环境逐渐体现出对HaCaT细胞活性有线性抑制趋势,但15.0mg/L的次氯酸环境作用2h条件下,HaCaT细胞活性仍保持在80%以上;5.0mg/L的次氯酸环境浸泡离体真人2h后,头发光泽度有较为明显的下降;5.0mg/L的次氯酸降低皮肤表面光泽度。含氯游泳池水对健康皮肤的刺激、损伤作用微乎其微,但能够降低皮肤表面皮脂,对头发呈现出轻微的损伤。The study aimed to explore the damage effect of chlorine contained in swimming pool water on human skin and hair.Refrring to the actual amount of hypochlorous acid added to swimming pool water,set its concentration to 3~15 times as the modeling concentration,and directly act on Human Immortalized Keratinocytes(HaCaT).By measuring the decrease in cell activity after 0.5~2.0 h of action to study the cytotoxicity effect of low concentration hypochlorous acid on HaCaT Cells.At the same time,study the decrease in glossiness of detached human hair bundles soaked in low concentration hypochlorous acid for 2 h,as well as the decrease in skin glossiness when applied to the skin.A 3.0 mg/L hypochlorous acid has a promoting effect on the activity of HaCaT cells.As the hypochlorous acid content and action time increase,a 15.0 mg/L hypochlorite environment gradually exhibits a linear inhibitory trend on HaCaT cell activity.However,under the condition of 2 h exposure to hypochlorous acid,the activity of HaCaT cells still remains above 80%.Meanwhile,after soaking in an environment of 5.0 mg/L hypochlorous acid for 2 h in vitro,the glossiness of hair shows a significant decrease.At the same time,a 5.0 mg/L hypochlorous acid can decrease the glossiness of skin surface.Chlorinated swimming pool water has minimal irritation and damage to healthy skin,but exhibits a slight damaging effect on hair.
