摘　　要：以伊利水云母(伊利石)为研究对象,通过安全性测试、人体功效评价、体外抑菌试验及斑马鱼模型测试多维度评测伊利石的安全性和功效性。实验结果表明,48h人体斑贴试验和7天敏感肌试用,均无皮肤不良反应;伊利石能有效清洁皮肤油脂并抑制油脂分泌;10%伊利石能抑制90%以上的痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、马拉色菌和犬小孢子菌;伊利石能显著降低十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)对斑马鱼胚胎的刺激作用。Taking illite as the research object,the safety and efficacy of illite were evaluated from multiple dimensions,including safety testing,human efficacy evaluation,in vitro bacteriostatic test,and zebrafish model testing.The results show that there are no adverse skin reactions in the 48 hour human patch test and 7-day sensitive skin cosmetic use test.Illite can effectively clean skin sebum and inhibit oil secretion.10%Illite can inhibit more than 90%of propionibacterium acnes,staphylococcus epidermidis,malassezia,and microsporum canis.5%Ilite can significantly reduce the stimulating effect of SDS on zebrafish embryo.In summary,Illite has excellent skin safety,cleaning and oil control effects,and has both relief and bacteriostatic effects.
