摘  要:以2-甲基咪唑(2-MI)与二氰二胺(DCD)为原料,通过亲核加成合成了具有抗菌和消臭性能的2-甲基咪唑双胍盐酸盐(2-MIbg)衍生物,并利用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振碳谱(^(13)CNMR)进行表征。考察了该衍生物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),通过单因素法研究了织物通过浸渍法处理的最佳整理工艺,结果表明2-MIbg具有良好的抑菌效果,使用浓度为1.5%,浸泡时间为25min时,2-MIbg对织物白度的影响较小,织物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率大于99%,对氨气、醋酸和异戊酸的异味浓度减少率分别为81.9%、86.2%和90.1%,赋予了织物良好的抗菌消臭性能。A 2-methylimidazole biguanide hydrochloride derivative(2-MIbg)with antibacterial and deodorizing properties was synthesized by nucleophilic addition using 2-methylimidazole(2-MI)and dicyandiamide(DCD)as raw materials,and characterized by FTIR and ^(13)C NMR.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of this derivative was investigated,and the optimal finishing process for the fabric treatment by impregnation was studied using a single factor method.The results showed that 2-MIbg had good antibacterial effect.When the concentration was 1.5%,the soaking time was 25 min,the effect of 2-MIbg on the fabric whiteness was small.The antibacterial rate of the fabric against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was greater than 99%.The reduction rates of odor concentration against ammonia,acetic acid,and isovaleric acid were 81.9%,86.2%,and 90.1%,respectively,which endowed the fabric with good antibacterial and deodorizing properties.
