摘 要:目的探讨不同产地黄蜀葵花药材中总黄酮及7种黄酮类成分的含量与气候变化的相关性。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定不同产地黄蜀葵花药材中总黄酮的含量,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定7种黄酮类成分的含量,对各成分含量进行分析,并结合气候变化因素进行相关性分析。结果不同产地黄蜀葵花黄酮类成分含量存在差异,但不同产地的降水量是影响黄蜀葵花黄酮类成分含量的主要因素,降水量高有助于黄酮类成分的形成和积累。结论本研究为不同产地黄蜀葵花的资源开发和质量评价提供了实验依据,对保证黄蜀葵花品质和促进黄蜀葵花产业发展具有指导意义。Objective To explore the correlation between the contents of total flavonoids and 7 kinds of flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins and climate changes.Methods The contents of total flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry,and the contents 7 kinds of flavonoids were determined by HPLC.The content of each component was analyzed,and the correlation analysis was carried out in combination with climate change factors.Results There were differences in the contents of flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins.However,the precipitation in different areas was the main factor affecting the content of flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla.The high precipitation was helpful to the formation and accumulation of flavonoids.Conclusion This study provides an experimental basis for the resource development and quality evaluation of Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins,and has guiding significance for ensuring the quality of Abelmoschi Corolla and promoting the development of Abelmoschi Corolla industry.
