摘　　要：目的:检索、评价并汇总急诊创伤骨科手术部位感染预防的最佳证据,为急诊创伤骨科手术部位感染的预防提供循证证据支持。方法:计算机检索国内外相关网站以及数据库中关于急诊创伤骨科手术部位感染预防的随机对照试验、临床指南、系统评价、Meta分析、专家共识及最佳临床实践,检索时限为2013年1月1日—2023年10月20日。由2名经过循证医学培训的护士独立对文献进行筛选和质量评价,并提取、汇总形成最佳循证证据。结果:共纳入20篇文献,包括6篇临床指南、8篇系统评价、2篇Meta分析、3篇专家共识和1篇临床决策。将证据整合为术前综合防护措施、术中综合防护措施、术后综合防护措施及高危因素防范措施4个方面,提取了23条急诊创伤骨科手术部位感染预防的最佳循证证据。结论:本研究通过严谨的循证步骤形成了急诊创伤骨科手术部位感染的预防方案,为降低急诊创伤骨科手术部位的感染率、规范此领域的临床实践提供参考。Objective:To retrieve,evaluate,and summarize the best evidence for the prevention of surgical site infections in emergency trauma orthopedics and to provide evidence-based support for the prevention of surgical site infections in emergency trauma orthopedics.Methods:Computerized search of relevant domestic and international websites and databases for RCTs,clinical guidelines,systematic evaluations,Meta-analyses,expert consensus,and best clinical practice on the prevention of surgical site infections in emergency trauma orthopedics.The time frame for the search was from January 1,2013 to October 20,2023.Two nurses trained in evidence-based medicine independently screened and quality assessed the literature,and extracted and summarized the best evidence-based evidence.Results:A total of 20 articles were included,including 6 clinical guidelines,8 systematic evaluations,2 Meta-analyses,3 expert consensus and 1 clinical decision.The evidence was consolidated into 4 dimensions:comprehensive preoperative protective measures,comprehensive intraoperative protective measures,comprehensive postoperative protective measures,and high-risk factors prevention measures,and 23 best evidence-based evidence for the prevention of surgical site infections in emergency trauma orthopedics were extracted.Conclusion:This study forms a prevention protocol for surgical site infections in emergency trauma orthopedics through rigorous evidence-based steps to reduce the rate of surgical site infections in emergency trauma orthopedics and standardize clinical practice in this field.
