摘　　要：目的:基于德尔菲专家函询法构建重症监护室(ICU)人工气道病人气囊管理方案,以期规范护士对人工气道病人气囊的管理行为,减少机械通气并发症,改善病人预后。方法:通过文献回顾法初步构建ICU人工气道病人气囊管理方案初稿,使用德尔菲专家函询法进行2轮专家函询,根据专家函询意见进行修正,形成ICU人工气道病人气囊管理方案终稿。结果:2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100.00%、82.35%;专家权威系数分别为0.910,0.920;肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.130,0.120;变异系数分别为0.07~0.28、0.00~0.17。最终形成的ICU人工气道病人气囊管理方案包括3个一级指标、11个二级指标和26个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的ICU人工气道病人气囊管理方案具有一定的科学性和实用性,能够为临床工作提供理论依据。Objective:To construct the endotracheal tube cuff management plan for artificial airway patients in intensive care unit(ICU)based on Delphi expert correspondence method,in order to standardize nurses′management behavior of artificial airway patients′endotracheal tube cuff,reduce mechanical ventilation complications and improve patient prognosis.Methods:The preliminary draft of endotracheal tube cuff management plan for artificial airway patients in ICU was constructed by literature review,and the Delphi expert letter consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultation,and the final draft of endotracheal tube cuff management plan for artificial airway patients in ICU was formed according to the opinions of the experts.Results:The effective recovery rates were 100.00%and 82.35%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.910 and 0.920.Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.130 and 0.120.The coefficients of variation were 0.07~0.28 and 0.00~0.17.The final endotracheal tube cuff management plan for artificial airway patients in ICU includes 3 primary indexes,11 secondary indexes and 26 tertiary indexes.Conclusion:The endotracheal tube cuff management plan for artificial airway patients in ICU established in this study is scientific and practical,and can provide theoretical basis for clinical work.
