摘  要:目的研究在形态仿生设计流程中应用程序匹配协助设计师进行仿生匹配的可行性,为产品形态仿生匹配提供科学方法与寻找更多思路。方法通过检索生物图片并进行轮廓化处理,构建生物轮廓数据集库;构建并应用相关轮廓匹配程序,并输入目标产品进行生物匹配,得到产品-生物轮廓序列并开展专家评价与分析。结果应用灰色关联分析法对生物序列属性分析,明确了程序匹配在形态仿生设计流程的可行性和有效性;并应用匹配程序完成飞行器仿生设计实践。结论经验证,该方法能够有效地实现产品与生物之间的形态匹配,减少设计师寻找参考生物形态的工作量和时间,协助设计师快速确定仿生生物。The work aims to study the feasibility of applying matching to assist designers in biomimetic matching in the biomimetic design process,and provide scientific methods and find more ideas for biomimetic matching of product forms.By retrieving biological pictures and contouring them,a biological contour data set library was constructed.A relevant contour matching program was constructed and applied and the target product for biomimetic matching was input to obtain the product-biological contour sequence and carry out expert evaluation and analysis.Grey correlation analysis was applied to analyze the attributes of the bio-sequence,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the program matching in the morpho-bionic design process was clarified.The matching program was applied to complete the biomimetic design practice of aircraft.It is verified that the method can effectively realize the morphology matching between products and organisms,reduce the designers'workload and time in searching for reference organisms'morphology,and assist the de-signers in quickly determining the biomimicry organisms.
