流感病毒感染期间C反应蛋白与嗜酸性粒细胞、中性粒细胞变化的临床相关性分析

摘  要:目的探讨流感病毒感染期间,C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)与嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosinophils,EOS)和中性粒细胞(Neutrophils,NEU)变化的临床相关性。方法研究采用分层抽样法,选取2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日期间在厦门大学附属第一医院确诊为流感病毒感染的210例患者作为观察组,同时选取行健康体检的286名健康人群作为对照组。采集两组对象的静脉血样本,检测CRP水平、EOS和NEU比例。采用皮尔逊相关分析探讨CRP水平与EOS和NEU计数之间的相关性;多元线性回归分析探讨CRP水平与EOS和NEU变化的独立相关性。结果观察组CRP水平高于对照组(9.3±4.9 vs.1.9±1.0,P<0.001),ENU百分比也高于对照组(59.7±9.8 vs.54.8±10.2,P<0.001)。血清CRP水平与ENU计数之间存在正相关关系(r=0.584,P=0.017)。多元线性回归分析表明,ENU计数对CRP水平的影响显著(P=0.015)。结论流感病毒感染期间,CRP水平的升高主要反映了ENU介导的急性炎症反应,这一发现对于优化流感病毒感染的诊断和病情评估具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical correlation between C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and changes in eosinophils and neutrophils during influenza virus infection.Methods This study employed stratified sampling to select 210 patients diagnosed with influenza virus infection at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 1,2023,to December 31,2023,as the observation group.Additionally,286 healthy individuals undergoing routine health examinations were selected as the control group.Venous blood samples were collected from both groups to measure CRP levels and the proportions of eosinophils and neutrophils.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between CRP levels and eosinophil and neutrophil counts.Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to investigate the independent association between CRP levels and changes in eosinophils and neutrophils.Results The CRP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(9.3±4.9 vs.1.9±1.0,P<0.001),and the percentage of neutrophils was also higher in the observation group(59.7±9.8 vs.54.8±10.2,P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between serum CRP levels and neutrophil counts(r=0.584,P=0.017).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that neutrophil counts had a significant impact on CRP levels(P=0.015).Conclusion During influenza virus infection,the elevation in CRP levels primarily reflects an acute inflammatory response mediated by neutrophils.This finding is significant for optimizing the diagnosis and assessment of the clinical status of influenza virus infections.
