腰硬联合阻滞麻醉对老年下肢骨折手术麻醉效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究针对老年下肢骨折的患者在进行手术过程当中采用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉所产生的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2024年2月徐州市矿山医院收治的78例下肢骨折老年患者,按照随机分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例患者,观察组采取腰硬联合阻滞麻醉,对照组采取硬膜外麻醉,比较两组患者各项麻醉数据指标、镇静效果、呼吸状况以及麻醉不良反应发生概率。结果观察组患者各项麻醉数据指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的镇静效果数据优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者呼吸状况指标优于参照组(P<0.05);观察组出现不良反应的概率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论针对下肢骨折手术的老年患者采用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉,具有显著的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Combined Spinal-Epidural anesthesia during surgery for elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods 78 elderly patients with lower limb fractures admitted to Xuzhou Mining Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 patients in each group.The observation group received Combined Spinal-Epidural anesthesia,while the control group received epidural anesthesia.The anesthesia data indicators,sedative effects,respiratory status,and incidence of adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The observation group had better anesthesia data indicators than the control group(P<0.05);The sedative effect data of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The respiratory status indicators of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Combined Spinal-Epidural anesthesia for elderly patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery has significant clinical application value.
