摘 要:为提升调水工程在应对外界干扰时的韧性,解决现有水质水量数据分散和信息共享不足的问题,基于水质水量数据协同的视角,分析了调水工程供应链中各主体的需求及策略选择,采用演化博弈模型,构建了地市运维中心、沿线水务公司和政府之间的三方博弈模型,并通过Anylogic仿真不同因素对各主体决策演化的影响。结果表明,数据协同显著提升了调水工程供应链的韧性,增强了各主体的协同决策能力,有效减少了水资源浪费。研究结果不仅丰富了供应链韧性理论,还为调水工程管理实践提供了重要指导。To enhance the resilience of water diversion projects in response to external disturbances and address the is-sues of fragmented water quality and quantity data and insufficient information sharing,from perspective of data collabo-ration in water quality and quantity,this study analyzed the demands and strategic choices of various stakeholders within the water diversion project supply chain.The evolutionary game model was used to establish a tripartite interaction model involving municipal operation centers,water companies along the diversion route,and government agencies.Anylogic was employed to simulate the impact of different factors on the evolution of stakeholder decision-making.The results in-dicate that the data collaboration significantly improves the resilience of the water diversion project supply chain,strengthens the stakeholders'collaborative decision-making capabilities,and effectively reduces water resource waste.This research not only enriches the theoretical framework of supply chain resilience,but also provides valuable guidance for the practical management of water diversion projects.
