摘  要:由于碾压混凝土坝浇筑高程上升快、散热不及时,再加上碾压混凝土浇筑初期抗拉强度低,在混凝土坝冷却降温过程中会出现较大拉应力,尤其对于寒冷地区冬季气温低,降温速度过快,内外温差大,坝体的开裂问题更为严峻和突出。通过三维有限元软件模拟尚义碾压混凝土重力坝溢流坝段施工期和运行期,分析溢流坝段的温度场和温度应力场规律,尤其对采用高等级混凝土的溢流面部分进行重点研究,改进相应的温控措施。结果表明,寒冷地区碾压混凝土坝温控问题突出,在只有表面保温措施下,夏季浇筑的坝体混凝土温升过高,坝体内部温度应力存在超标,与坝体同步浇筑的溢流面C30混凝土温度和温度应力大幅超出允许范围;采用改进的温控措施后,坝体整体温度应力得到有效控制,调整浇筑计划后的溢流面温度和温度应力状况大幅改善,降低了其在寒冷天气开裂的风险。Due to the fast rise of the RCC dam pouring elevation,the heat dissipation is not timely,coupled with the low tensile strength in the initial stage of RCC pouring,there will be a large tensile stress in the cooling and cooling process of the concrete dam,especially for the cold areas in winter the temperature is low,the cooling speed is too fast,the temperature difference between inside and outside is large,and the cracking problem of the dam body is more severe and prominent.The process of construction and operation of the overflow dam section of Shangyi RCC gravity dam was simulated by three-dimensional finite element software.The temperature field and temperature stress field of the overflow dam section were analyzed,especially for the overflow surface part of high-grade concrete,and the corresponding temper-ature control measures were improved.The results show that the temperature control problem of RCC dam in cold areas is prominent,and the temperature rise of the concrete poured in summer is too high under only surface insulation meas-ures,and the internal temperature stress of the dam exceeds the standard,and the temperature and temperature stress of the C30 concrete on the overflow surface poured synchronously with the dam body greatly exceed the allowable range.After the improved temperature control measures were adopted,the overall temperature stress of the dam body was effectively controlled.The overflow surface temperature and temperature stress conditions were greatly improved after adjus-ting the pouring plan,which reduced the risk of cracking in cold weather.
