摘　　要：为了解决水电厂内的励磁系统智能化、集成化程度不高与功能单一的问题,介绍了发电机励磁系统智能化的设计与实现,开发了智能化分布式测控装置,由智能化功率控制柜、智能化灭磁采集装置及包括荧光光纤测量计与霍尔传感器在内的高精度传感器组成,通过分布式测控装置采集励磁系统的灭磁电流等多项关键参数,辅以智能化励磁调节器及综合信息管理系统,实现对励磁系统的智能化控制;通过综合信息管理系统分析采集的数据并进行分析,达到励磁系统的状态检测与故障诊断等目的,进而实现对励磁系统的集成化管理;此外,通过分析数据,还可达到预警建议及综合分析等全面化功能。所提出的励磁系统具有智能化、集成化及功能全面化等优势,可大大增加水轮发电机组运行的可靠性。To solve the issue of low intelligence,integration and single function for excitation system in hydro power plant,this paper introduces the design and implementation of intelligent excitation system for generator excitation.Intelligent distributed measurement and control device(IDMCD)has been developed,which consists of intelligent power control cabinet,demagnetization acquisition device and high-precision sensors.IDMCD acquires numbers of key parameters for excitation system like demagnetization current,the intelligent control is realized by assisting the excitation regulator and comprehensive information management system(CIMS).By analyzing the collected data and conducting analysis through CIMS,the state detection and fault diagnosis of excitation system can be achieved,thereby realizing the integrated management.Moreover,comprehensive functions such as early warning suggestions and comprehensive analysis can be achieved by analyzing data.The proposed excitation system has the advantages of intelligence,integration and comprehensive function,which can greatly increase the reliability of hydro generator unit.
