摘 要:汽轮发电机组是典型的高速旋转机械。随着能源需求的增长和机组容量的增加,不平衡振动成为影响其运行可靠性和稳定性的重要因素。分析了常见的两种转子轴系结构特点,通过分析实际工程案例,总结了转子不平衡振动故障机理及影响因素,探究了不平衡故障振动处理方法和自愈调控技术的研究进展,展望了不平衡自愈调控技术的发展方向。Turbo-generator set is a typical high-speed rotating machine.With the increase of energy demand and unit capacity,the unbalanced vibration becomes an important factor affecting both reliability and stability of the operation.In this paper,the structural characteristics of two commonly-used rotor shaft systems were analyzed,and both mechanism and influencing factors of the rotor unbalance vibration were summarized through analyzing practical engineering cases;meanwhile,the research progress in unbalance fault vibration treatment methods and self-healing control technology was investigated to look into the development direction of unbalance self-healing control technologies.
