摘  要:随着氢能产业装备向着大型化不断发展,对制氢系统相关设备的安全管理要求越来越高。目前,电解水制氢行业处在发展初期,行业规范发展尚不完善。碱性电解水制氢系统是当前使用最为广泛的电解制氢技术,其设备如何进行管理、是否可按照特种设备进行安全管理等方面内容的讨论暂无定论。以典型的商业碱性电解水制氢设备作为参考,并将系统相关设备与《特种设备目录》(2014版)进行对照,分析探讨了电解水制氢系统中特种设备范围,并对相应的安全管理规定进行讨论。With the continuous development of large-scale equipment in the hydrogen energy industry,the safety management requirements for hydrogen production system-related equipment become higher and higher.At present,the industry of hydrogen production from electrolytic water stays in the early stage of development,and the industry standards'development isn't perfect.Alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production system is the most widely-used electrolytic hydrogen production technology at present.There is no conclusion on how to manage the equipment and whether the safety management can be carried out ac-cording to the special equipment.In this paper,through taking the typical commercial alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment as a reference and comparing related equipment of the system with the Special Equipment Catalog(2014 Edition),the special equipment scope in the electrolytic water hydro-gen production system was analyzed and discussed,including corresponding safety management regulations.
