摘 要:为了掌握配煤掺烧比例对超临界直流锅炉的性能影响,采用现场试验测量的方法进行摸底试验并提出改进配煤比例的3种方案,探究3种方案下锅炉的运行性能、燃烧情况和性能指标。结果表明:随着A、D磨煤机掺烧比例的增大,宽广负荷下最高锅炉效率减小,锅炉效率最高时对应的负荷有所提高。3种配煤掺烧方案在试验负荷下屏式过热器和末级再热器发生结焦的可能性较小,但超过一定负荷时炉内中上部受热面存在结焦风险。在400 MW以下负荷,采用B磨煤机掺烧50%褐煤,A、D掺烧40%,C、F掺烧10%,对降低企业经营成本效果显著。在400 MW以上负荷,为避免炉膛出口受热面结焦、影响机组带负荷能力,可采用B磨煤机掺烧50%褐煤,A、D掺烧30%,C、F掺烧15%的方案。For purpose of grabbing the influence of coal blending ratio on the performance of supercritical monotube boilers,three schemes to improve the coal blending ratio were proposed by the field tests,and the boiler operating performance,combustion state and performance indexes of the three schemes were ex-plored.The results show that,the highest boiler efficiency under wide load becomes decreasing with the in-crease of coal blending ratio of A and D mills;and the load corresponding to the highest boiler efficiency gets increased.The likelihood of coking in the screen superheater and the final reheater at the test load is small for each mode.However,a risk of coking in the upper and middle heating surfaces of the furnace above a certain load will exist.At loads below 400 MW,the use of 50%lignite blending in B mill,40%blending in A and D,and 10%blending in C and F has a significant effect on reducing operating costs of the enterprise.In the load above 400 MW,in order to avoid any coking on the heating surface of the fur-nace outlet and affect the capacity of the unit,the scheme of mixing 50%lignite with B coal mill,30%with A and D coal mill and 15%with C and F coal mill can be adopted.
