摘 要:为了分析砂相介质参数对旋流分离器内油滴运移轨迹的影响,基于计算流体动力学法-离散元法耦合计算模型,针对常规双切向入口油水分离水力旋流器,开展不同含砂浓度下的油滴运移轨迹研究。系统分析了不同浓度固相颗粒条件对目标水力旋流器内流场分布特性、油滴运移轨迹和油水分离性能的影响规律。数值模拟结果表明:随着固相颗粒浓度的增加,溢流口的压力不断增大,溢流口流场压差减小,旋流器圆柱段内轴向速度和切向速度均减小,分离效率降低。另外,随着注入的固相颗粒浓度的增加,油滴轨迹出现了不稳定的螺旋上升、螺旋下降和局部循环的运移轨迹特征,同时在流场压力梯度力的作用下,油滴的局部循环轨迹逐渐向底流口方向移动,随着固相颗粒浓度均匀增加,偏移量逐渐加大。For purpose of analyzing the effect of sand medium parameters on the migration trajectory of oil droplets in a hydrocyclone,and through basing on coupling calculation model of the computational fluid dynamics method and discrete element method,the oil droplet migration trajectory with different sand concentrations was studied for conventional double tangential inlet oil-water separation hydrocyclone,including having the effect of solid particles with different concentrations on the flow field distribution,oil droplet migration trajectory and oil-water separation performance of the target hydrocyclone analyzed systematically.The numerical simulation results show that,with the increase of solid particle concentration,the pressure at the overflow outlet increases and the differential pressure of the flow field of the overflow outlet decreases and both axial and tangential velocity in the cylindrical section of the hydrocyclone decrease,including the separation efficiency.In addition,with the increase of the injected solid particle’s concentration,the oil droplet trajectory shows the characteristics of unstable spiral rise,spiral decline and local circulation.Meanwhile,under the action of the pressure gradient of the flow field,the local circulation trajectory of the oil droplet gradually moves to the direction of the bottom flow mouth and the offset increases with the even increase of the solid particle concentration.
