摘  要:采用LMS Virtual.Lab声学软件研究轴流式止回阀在关闭瞬间的碰撞噪声问题。研究结果表明:碰撞噪声具有明显的方向性,碰撞方向上的声压级大于垂直于碰撞方向上的声压级;随着阀瓣碰撞速度的增大,碰撞噪声辐射声压级也相应增大。同时进行了钢球撞击钢板的噪声测试实验,并对比分析了实验结果与数值模拟结果,验证了数值模拟方法的可靠性和可行性。该研究更好地了解阀门关闭时的工作状态,有助于提高设备的安全性,可以针对性地改进阀门,减少噪声产生的可能性,提高设备性能。Having LMS Virtual.Lab acoustic software used to investigate the impact noise of the axial flow check valve at the moment of closing was implemented.The results show that,the impact noise has obvious directionality and the sound pressure level in the collision direction outperforms that in the direction perpendicular to the collision.With the increasing of the disc impact velocity,the level of impact noise’s radiation sound pressure increases accordingly.In addition,the noise test of the steel ball hitting steel plate was carried out and compared with the numerical simulation results to verify both reliability and feasibility of the numerical simulation method.This study benefits the improvement of equipment safety through considering working state of the valve when it is closed,including improving the valve,reducing the possibility of noise generation and promoting performance of the equipment.
