摘  要:大落差液体管道投产过程中管道内存气对投产期间流量、压力的控制影响显著,必须在投产之前有效预测管内存气的影响,并提前采取措施。以具有较大起伏落差的某航煤管道为例,对“空管投油”过程进行仿真研究,对比分析了隔离球放置对管道排气的影响。In the process of being put into operation,the gas in the big fall pipeline significantly affects the control of both flow and pressure there and effectively predicting its influence before the operation becomes necessary and relevant measures have to be taken in advance.Through taking an aviation kerosene pipeline with great fall as an example,the simulation study of“safe space within the pipeline for oil injection and delivery”process was carried out,and the influence of isolation ball placement on the pipeline exhaust was compared and analyzed.
