摘  要:针对船用LNG气化流程中丙烷换热所需的低温板式蒸发器内部双相流介质的稳态流场进行仿真分析。研究并联丙烷蒸发器最大流速工况下预应力模态分析,计算丙烷蒸发器固有频率及阵型。在并联丙烷蒸发器内部稳态流场计算结果基础上,利用软件计算得到压力脉动时域谱和频域谱,进行谐响应振动应力耦合分析计算,完成蒸发器最大流速工况下振动应力分析。The steady flow field of dual-phase flow medium in low-temperature plate evaporator for propane heat transfer in marine LNG gasification process was simulated and analyzed,including analyzing the parallel propane evaporator’s pre-stress mode at the maximum flow rate,calculating its natural frequency and type thereof.Basing on calculating the parallel propane evaporator’s internal steady flowfield,making use of the software to calculate both time domain spectrum and frequency domain spectrum of the pressure pulsations were implemented,including coupling analysis and calculating harmonic response vibration stress so as to analyze vibration stress of the evaporator at the maximum flow rate.
