摘 要:针对增压机运行不稳定、故障频发的情况,以某石化厂D250增压机为研究对象,通过建立转子-轴承系统的集中参数动力学模型,按照连续条件采用Riccati传递矩阵法分别计算转子在刚性支承、弹性支承下的低阶临界转速、振型,以及转子轴向各部位在残余不平衡量下的阻尼不平衡响应。通过支承刚度、阻尼或轴颈尺寸的变化对转子不平衡响应的对比,提出支承系统改进方案,对原轴颈进行车削,并用四油楔轴承替代原三油楔轴承。Considering poor stability,frequent malfunctions of the supercharger and through taking D250 supercharger of a petrochemical plant as the object of study,the concentrated parameter dynamic model of the rotor-bearing system was established.According to the continuous condition,the Riccati transfer matrix method was used to calculate the low-order critical speed and the rotor’s vibration mode under rigid support and elastic support,including the damping unbalance response of the axial parts of the rotor under residual unbalance.Through comparing the influence of the changes of supporting stiffness,damping or journal size on the rotor unbalance response,the supporting system improvement scheme was presented,including having the shaft neck lathed,the original 3-oil wedged bearing replaced by 4-oil wedged bearing so as to have above-mentioned troubles solved completely.
