摘  要:针对电网小型基建项目在全过程安全管控中面临的挑战提出了一套综合性的解决方案,内容包括组织架构与责任制的完善、过程监控与管控的优化、风险管控与预警的加强以及安全文化与执行力的强化。通过这一体系从源头到终端系统性地控制全过程的安全风险,确保电网基建项目的工程建设获得坚实的安全保障。This paper proposes a comprehensive solution to the challenges faced by small power grid infrastructure projects in the full process safety control.The content includes the improvement of organizational structure and responsibility system,optimization of process monitoring and control,strengthening of risk control and early warning,and strengthening of safety and execution.Through this system,the safety risks of the entire process are systematically controlled from the source to the end,ensuring that the engineering construction of power grid infrastructure projects obtains solid safety guarantees.
