摘 要:以杭州某医学院为例,调查医学学术型硕士研究生导师学生关系现状以及存在的问题。调查结果显示,医学学术型硕士研究生导学关系总体良好,但个别导学关系处于紧张甚至敌对状态。基于此,从三个层面提出应对策略:一是研究生要以学术身份建构为核心,增进导师学生双方合作互信;二是导师要以教书育人为根本,切实履行指导职责;三是高校要以制度机制完善为牵引,构建导师学生关系保障工作矩阵。This study investigates the current situation and existing problems of the supervisor-students relationship of medical academic postgraduates for master’s degree,taking a certain medical college in Hangzhou as an example.The survey results show that,on the whole,the supervisor-students relationship is in a good state,however,the supervisor-students relationship in some individual cases is in a tense or even hostile state.In response,coping strategies are proposed from three levels:firstly,postgraduates for master’s degree should take the construction of their academic identity as the core to enhance the mutual collaboration and trust between supervisors and students;secondly,supervisors should regard teaching and educating students as the fundamental task and earnestly fulfill their guiding responsibilities;thirdly,colleges and universities should,with the improvement of institutional mechanisms as the driving force,construct a work matrix to safeguard the supervisor-students relationship.
