基于“心部于表,肾治于里”理论辨治白癜风

摘　　要：“心部于表”是指心为阳脏,火性炎散,心气外散分布于体表,以濡润滋养皮毛。同时强调心神在皮肤的生理功能中的统领部署作用。“肾治于里”是指肾为相臣“守位于内,奉君出治”的重要辅助作用。心、肾在血液、心神生成中扮演重要角色,同时血脉、心神、肤表又为心所主。结合“心部于表,肾治于里”的理论,从心神、心火、血脉、肾精多角度出发,治以温心阳、补肾精以充盈血脉;清心宁神、交通心肾法以安心神、畅血脉,复肌腠之润养;并兼顾祛邪等多角度综合施治。为从心、肾论治白癜风提供新思路。"The heart dominating the exterior"refers to the fact that the heart features a yang organ,with the quality of fire,and with heart energy distributing on the surface of the body to moisten and nourish the skin and hair.Moreover,the idea highlights the commanding role of the heart in activating the physiological function of the skin.While the concept of"the kidney governing the interior"refers to the important auxiliary role of the kidney as minister guarding the interior under the monarch.The heart and the kidney play an important role in the generation of blood and mind,while the functions of the blood,mind and skin are controlled by the heart.Combining the two ideas,this study explores the treatment of vitiligo from the multiple perspectives of heart spirit,heart fire,blood circulation and kidney essence.The paper proposes that the disease be treated by warming the heart yang and tonifying the kidney essence to supplement blood,by clearing the heart fire and calming the mind,bridging the heart and kidney to calm the mind and promote blood circulation,to moisten and nourish the muscles and skins,and by expelling pathogens as well.It is hoped that the study can provide new ideas for the treatment of vitiligo from the perspective of the heart and the kidney.
