周扬俊《温热暑疫全书》运用下法辨治温疫思想探析

摘　　要：周扬俊《温热暑疫全书》在治疫理念中推崇吴有性治疫之学,发挥提出一系列治疫学术理论,对现今疫病的治疗与防治具有启发意义。本文探究周扬俊在温疫治疗中应用下法的论述,结合其对温疫的认识,从“疫邪贵乎早下”、重视舌诊脉诊、正气亏虚与温疫兼证、失下及下后变证的治疫思想进行挖掘分类整理,揭示周扬俊运用下法辨治温疫学术理念。《温热暑疫全书》中对下法的论述颇丰,为当今温疫治疗中下法的运用提供了创新性的中医疫病学理论基础,值得借鉴学习。Zhou Yangjun advocates Wu Youxing's theory of epidemic prevention and treatment in his Complete Work on Warm Heat and Summer Epidemic,and puts forward a series of academic theories on epidemics,which are of enlightening significance for the treatment and prevention of the current epidemic.This paper excavates,classifies and sorts out Zhou Yangjun's academic ideas on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of warm epidemic by exploring his application of purgative method in this regard,combined with his understanding of warm epidemic,such as"eliminating epidemic pathogens as early as possible",paying attention to tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis,pairing deficiency of healthy qi and the disease itself,failure of stomach qi descending and syndrome transmissions after the descending of stomach qi.His work is rich in discussion on the application of purgative method in the treatment of current warm epidemic,which provides an innovative TCM theoretical basis for its treatment with purgative method,worth promotion and learning from.
