威灵仙随证施量策略在高尿酸血症治疗中的运用

摘　　要：高尿酸血症是一种常见的生化异常,早期以血尿酸升高为主,多无临床症状,疾病迁延日久可发展为痛风、肾脏病变及眼部病变等,且常与糖尿病、高脂血症等相互影响。针对血尿酸升高,联合使用威灵仙等中药,可以取得相应的疗效,对于此类药物的剂量,需要依据随证施量策略,通过选定调整剂量的指征,找准剂量改变的时机,控制药物用量的变化范围,才能在确保安全性的基础上取得最佳疗效。Hyperuricemia is a common biochemical abnormality,which is mainly manifested as the increase of blood uric acid in the early stage,mostly without clinical symptoms.The disease can develop into gout,kidney lesions and ocular lesions as it prolongs over a long time,and it often interacts with diabetes and hyperlipidemia.For the elevated level of blood uric acid,combined application of Chinese clematis root and other Chinese medicines can achieve the corresponding curative effect.In clinic,these drugs should be used under the strategy of deciding their dosages according to specific syndromes,identifying the relevant indicators,figuring out the proper timing,controlling the range of dosage change.Only in this way can the best curative eff ect be achieved and safety be guaranteed.
