摘  要:为解决生物质发电所产生的大量生物质灰渣堆积问题,本文以生物质灰渣作为原材料,采用水泥、粉煤灰作为胶结料,制备了一种轻质、高强、流动性好的生物质灰渣轻质土。以稠度和强度作为控制指标,采用正交试验分析不同因素的影响从而确定最佳配合比,然后在最佳配合比下开展生物质灰渣轻质土的无侧限抗压强度试验和耐久性试验。试验结果表明:胶结料中水泥占比、水固比对强度影响较大,水固比、混合料中胶结料占比对稠度影响较大;生物质灰渣轻质无侧限抗压强度随龄期和胶结料掺量增加而增加;在耐久性方面,生物质灰渣轻质土水稳定性、冻融稳定性均随着胶结料掺量的增加而增加。In order to solve the problem of a large amount of biomass ash accumulation generated by biomass power generation,this article uses biomass ash as raw material and cement and fly ash as binders to prepare a lightweight,high-strength and good flowability biomass ash lightweight soil.Using consistency and strength as control indicators,orthogonal experiments were used to analyze different influencing factors to determine the optimal mix ratio.Then,unconfined compressive strength and durability tests were conducted on biomass ash lightweight soil under the optimal mix ratio.The experimental results show that the proportion of cement in the binder and the water solid ratio have a significant impact on the strength,while the water solid ratio and the proportion of binder in the mixture have a significant impact on the consistency.The unconfined compressive strength of biomass ash increases with age and binder content..In terms of durability,the water stability and freeze-thaw stability of biomass ash lightweight soil increase with the increase of binder content.
