摘  要:ETC用户的极速增长为ETC行业带来了一系列的挑战,ETC无法通行、ETC电子标签故障等大量的客服问题,让原本就不密集的ETC网点压力剧增。本文探讨在以打造高速公路出行服务为目标的新业态的支持下,推动ETC网点从人工服务转向自助服务的优化升级研究。重点介绍了几种不同形态的ETC自助服务终端的技术特点及配套软件和运营服务设计思路,并对如何解决银行已发行ETC售后问题以及如何通过加盟形式的市场经济手段支持ETC自助服务网络发展做出分析研究。The rapid growth of ETC users has also brought a series of challenges to the ETC industry.A large number of customer service problems such as ETC impassable and OBU failures have increased the pressure of ETC outlets which are not dense originally.This article discusses the research on the optimization and upgrading of ETC outlets from manual services to self-service services with the support of new business formats aimed at building highway travel services.It focusses on the technical characteristics,supporting software and operation service design ideas of several different forms of ETC self-service terminals and analyzes how to solve the problems of after-sale ETC issued by banks and how to support the development of ETC self-service network by means of market economy in the form of franchise.
