摘  要:降低公路交通碳排放,可充分利用路域内闲置土地开发光伏发电设施,为服务区、收费站等交通基础设施供电。长线型公路边坡光伏汇集距离较远,光伏出力全额上网。近区分布式光伏与储能、负荷组成微电网,直接接入服务区或收费站配电系统。为降低充换电设施增加带来的电网配电扩容需求和调峰压力,提升交通基础设施绿色用能比例,利用柔性直流输电系统,将远区光伏与近区交通基础设施微电网连接,组成柔性互联微电网系统。基于系统拓扑结构,提出了柔性互联微电网建设规模设定原则,针对并网和离网等运行模式设计了调度控制策略,在PSCAD/EMTDC建立了电磁暂态模型,对系统不同运行状态进行了仿真模拟分析,验证了运行控制策略的有效性。In order to reduce the carbon emissions of highway transportation,the vacant land of highway can be fully utilized to develop photovoltaic power generation facilities to supply power to transportation infrastructure such as service areas and toll stations.As the photovoltaic gathering distance of the highway slope is long,the generated solar power is fully transmitted to power grid.The near distributed solar system,constituting a micro-grid with battery and load,which is directly connected to the distribution system of the service area or toll station.In order to reduce the distribution expansion demand and peak regulation pressure of power grid caused by the increase of charging and replacing facilities,and improve the proportion of green energy consumption of transportation infrastructure,the flexible DC transmission system is used to connect highway slope solar system and near-area transportation infrastructure micro-grid.Based on the system topology,the construction scale principle of the HVDC-Flexible micro-grid is proposed,and the scheduling control strategies are designed for the grid-connected and off-grid operation modes.In addition,the electromagnetic transient model is established in PSCAD/EMTDC to simulate and analyze the different operating states of the system,and the effectiveness of the operation control strategies are verified.
