摘 要:交通与能源是支撑国民经济发展的重要基础产业,交能领域深度融合将促进一批覆盖交通、能源、信息的上下游产业链延长发展与技术革新,激发市场活力。为更好地推进交通与新能源融合的项目发展,助力交通绿色低碳高质量转型,本文以高速公路作为重点研究对象,深入结合土地利用要求,根据沿线光伏建设条件,提出一种采用ArcGIS、AutoCAD等软件科学定量预测高速公路沿线可开发的光伏土地潜力的方法,随后选取多个我国已进行规划的高速公路光伏建设项目作为典型方案予以分析。Transportation and energy are important basic industries that support the development of the national economy.Through deep integration in the sectors of transportation and energy,it will promote the extension and technological innovation of a number of upstream and downstream industrial chains covering transportation,energy,and information,and stimulate market vitality.In order to better promote the development of transportation energy integration projects and assist in the green,low-carbon,and high-quality transformation of transportation,this paper focuses on highways as the research object,deeply combines land use requirements,and proposes a method of scientifically predicting the potential of photovoltaic land development along highways using software such as ArcGIS and AutoCAD based on the photovoltaic construction conditions along the line.Subsequently,multiple planned highway photovoltaic construction projects in China are selected as typical schemes for analysis.
