摘  要:高温环境对沥青道路造成严重老化,本文利用压电发电原理对沥青道路的老化现象进行监测。首先制作了一种性能优良的PZT-5H压电换能器,并将其埋入沥青混凝土中,然后将压电-沥青混凝土试件放置在鼓风干燥箱内,研究其在热老化处理过程中的发电性能变化规律。结果表明,压电换能器的发电性能在不断增大,并且其表面受力均匀,从而输出的电信号稳定。随时间的增加,沥青混凝土表面出现了骨料脱离和裂缝,但其结构不断致密。In this paper,the thermal aging of asphalt road is monitored by the principle of piezoelectric power generation.In this paper,a PZT-5H piezoelectric transducer with excellent performance was made,and then embedded in asphalt concrete,and the piezo-asphalt concrete specimen was placed in the air blast drying oven to study the change rule of its electrical properties in the process of thermal aging.The test results show that the power generation performance of piezoelectric transducer is increasing,and its surface force is uniform,resulting in the stability of its electrical signal output.With the increase of time,aggregate separation and cracks appear on the surface of asphalt concrete,and the structure continues to be dense.
