摘  要:本文以新建与改扩建高速公路水稳下基层与基层,以及一级公路二级公路基层施工为技术应用背景,针对多孔玄武岩应用于水稳基层施工开展研究,根据岩石的饱水抗压强度进行了坚硬程度的划分,进行了岩石坚固性试验和冻融循环试验等岩石耐久性试验,明晰用于生产基层集料的岩石,需认真筛选强度大、饱和吸水率小、致密的岩石自加工,集料质量需符合规范和设计文件要求,同时适当加大水泥剂量。结果显示,优化多孔玄武岩配合比和合理调整碾压机具组合,控制碾压遍数和混合料含水量对多孔玄武岩水泥稳定碎石具有良好的压实效果。In this paper,with the technical application background of water stabilization base and base construction of new and expanded expressways,as well as primary and secondary highway base construction,the application of porous basalt to water stabilization base construction is studied.The hardness degree of rock is divided according to the saturated water compressive strength of rock,and rock durability tests such as rock robustness test and freeze-thaw cycle test are carried out.It is clear that the rocks used for the production of base aggregate should be carefully screened for self-processing of dense rocks with high strength,low saturated water absorption,and aggregate quality should meet the requirements of specifications and design documents,while appropriately increasing the dosage of cement.The results show that by optimizing the design of porous basalt mix and adjusting the combination of rolling machines,controlling the number of rolling passes and the water content of mixture,the porous basalt cement stabilized gravel has a good compactness effect.
