空间再造激活高速公路桥下区域利用潜力的应用研究

摘　　要：本文针对高速公路桥下区域的空间资源闲置问题,结合当下政策文件,开展了针对桥下空间再造应用效果的调研,对闲置空间的社会服务功能、业态运营进行了对比分析,提出了公共活动空间的绿化改造、文体公园、配套服务场地等模式的高速公路桥下立体空间“三模式六类型”综合利用,以及应用过程中的用地确权、管理机制等整体规划问题,明确了桥下立体空间再造的三方面对策建议,为激活高速公路桥西区域利用潜力提供了很好的参考价值。In view of the idle space resources in the area under the expressway bridge and the support of the current policy documents,this paper carried out a survey on the application effects of the under-bridge space reconstruction,and conducted a comparative analysis on the social service function dimension and business mode operation dimension of the idle space.It puts forward the comprehensive utilization of“three modes and six types”of the three-dimensional space under the expressway bridge in the mode of green transformation of public activity space,cultural and sports park,supporting service site,and the overall planning issues such as land use right confirmation and management mechanism in the application process,and defines the countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects of the three-dimensional space reconstruction under the bridge.It provides a good reference value for activating the utilization potential of expressway bridge west region.
